Newly built residential facilities, a wide variety of student programs, and a diverse school community await our residential boarding students for students entering grades 9-12 starting in the Fall of 2016. Residential students will participate in all facets of the educational experience at Riverstone.

Riverstone International School students experience a unique education and living experience. We are a co-educational, private, independent school in Boise, Idaho offering our day and residential students the academic prestige of the International Baccalaureate Programs and the personal attention of a supportive community school. With a downtown location in Boise, Idaho, our residential students will be within a short walking distance of coffee shops, movie theaters and shopping. The Greenbelt, a linear walking path along the beautiful Boise River, is steps away. The school campus is a short car ride away.
Popular outdoor activities such as cycling, skiing, rock climbing, or hiking are easily accessible. We encourage all of our students to experience the beauty of Idaho and the United States Pacific Northwest. In addition, competitive and instructional opportunities are available in Nordic and alpine skiing, road cycling, mountain biking, fencing, climbing, dance, gymnastics, music and more through school and local clubs. We will ensure that interested students can get involved in all that our school and community has to offer.

Dorm parents and school staff will help students feel at home in their new surroundings, while introducing students to the Riverstone community, Boise community, and surrounding areas. We have specially-designed our residences with community-building in mind.
