Bailey Spears
Pre-Kindergarten Teacher
Bailey was born and raised in the beautiful Napa Valley. For college she attended California State University of Sacramento where she received her BA in Early Childhood Development. After she finished college she returned to Napa, and began her career as a preschool aide for 3 & 4 year olds at St. John’s Lutheran School. Three years later, she moved up and became the lead teacher for the 4 & 5 year olds. She also did a lot of work with the rest of the elementary and middle school students there including choir classes, and choreography for choir trips and school musicals. She also became on of the leaders of the youth group there as well. In March of 2020 right when the pandemic hit Bailey moved to Boise with her husband and two cattle dogs. They are now living up Highway 21 in the mountains and loving having so much access to outdoor adventures. Over the last year she stepped out of her comfort zone and taught Kindergarten. It was a lot of fun and helped her grow as an educator, but it reinforced her love for the preschool age. She is very excited to have the opportunity to join the Riverstone community and get back with the age group that she loves. When Bailey is not teaching she is reading, singing, hiking, and exploring all the outdoor adventures that Idaho has to offer.
