Erica Serros

Erica grew up in Modesto, California where she cultivated a strong passion for everything cultural from travel, food, language, music, and art. After graduating with a Culinary Arts certificate from Le Cordon Bleu Hollywood in 2013, she moved to Boise to pursue a Bachelor’s Degree in Comparative Politics and International Relations and to study French and Spanish. While pursuing her degree at Boise State and working as a cook and server in the restaurant industry, she also acquired a love for the outdoors, viniculture and education. Erica will be teaching Global Politics in the Diploma Programme (DP) while finishing her Political Science Master’s thesis. She is very excited to start her career in education at Riverstone. In her spare time, Erica enjoys reading, hiking with her boyfriend and their three dogs, paddle boarding, traveling, growing her many house plants, spending time with family and friends, cooking, and most of all, eating!
