Samantha has been teaching for the past 23 years in Oregon, North Carolina, Virginia and now Idaho. She received her BA in Spanish from Virginia Tech and has a Masters of Hispanic Literature from the University of Kentucky and Masters in Curriculum and Instruction from Virginia Tech. She has spent time in Spain as an exchange student and as a teacher traveling with her students. She and her family recently moved to Boise from Northern Virginia. In her time outside of teaching she enjoys being outdoors hiking, biking, camping and traveling with her family.
