Middle and High School Anonymous Reporting

This anonymous concern form is intended for students to use when they are concerned about another student (or other students) and don’t want to be identified as the reporter.

To RIS Students: We value your knowledge and hearing from you can be essential for us in both our response to concerns and to prevent harm to our student body. Anonymous reporting has been shown to break down barriers by giving voice to students who might otherwise remain silent out of fear of retaliation or rejection. Please use this resource responsibly and we hope that you will step up and speak out. Of course our teachers, administration, and counseling team are always here to speak to you directly as well. We invite you to use the form to share your concerns. You can find the anonymous reporting form on your Managebac Class Page, as well as gain access from QR codes posted around campus.
