Matthew Arnold
MS & HS Math and Computer Science Teacher
Matthew Arnold is a biologist and computer scientist that loves the Idaho wilderness. He received a bachelor’s degree in Biology with a minor in Computer Science from Boise State University in 2019 after working in the medical field for seven years prior. His favorite hobbies are fishing, whitewater rafting, gaming, and building hardware and software projects. Having taught Calculus at BSU as a Learning Assistant, his interest in teaching was piqued, leading him to pursue a career teaching secondary school. As a mathematics teacher, Matthew is excited to show students new, relevant connections to the world around them; including the technical applications of math in computer sciences.
