Welcome to the Riverstone Blackbaud Help Center! Whether you’re logging in for the first time or learning how to use Blackbaud throughout the school year, you’ll find everything you need here. Each presentation is designed to help you get up and running quickly and confidently.

This presentation introduces Riverstone International School’s move to Blackbaud, a new, all-in-one platform designed to make school life simpler for our families. Instead of juggling multiple apps and passwords, parents, students, and teachers will intend to move to a system where we have just one login for everything, from schedules, grades, and assignments to direct teacher messaging. Phase 1 focuses on these daily school essentials, with future updates bringing re-enrollment forms, tuition billing, and community event details together all in one convenient place.
Setting up your Blackbaud account is quick and straightforward. Just visit RiverstoneSchool.org and click the Blackbaud button in the top menu to reach the login page. Enter your email address, and you can either sign in directly using your existing Google or Apple account (recommended if your email uses Gmail or iCloud, and the method all students will use) or select “Continue with Email” to verify a code sent to your inbox and create a password. If you hit any snags during setup, help is available by emailing blackbaudhelp@riverstoneschool.org.
Once logged into Blackbaud, navigating your account and staying connected with Riverstone is simple. You can update your contact information, photo, and notification preferences by clicking your profile icon in the top-right corner. The portal is organized into key areas: the Resource Board stores general school handbooks, policies, resource materials, and calendars; Groups keep families connected for grade-level updates and activities; and Courses allow you to select your child’s profile to view their class bulletin boards, assignments, and teacher messages. You can also filter the integrated calendar and sync it directly to your personal phone or email calendar to stay up to date on all upcoming school events.
Managing student attendance is now easy and consistent across Elementary, Middle, and High School using Blackbaud. You can easily check your child’s attendance records, tardies, and period-by-period logs by selecting their profile name and clicking the Progress tab. To report a full-day absence, late arrival, early dismissal, or planned extended leave, go to the Resource Board, click the “Report An Absence / Attendance” tile, and submit the form. You can also set up instant email or SMS text alerts for attendance updates right in your profile settings.
