Adam Hatfield

Director of Enrollment Management

Adam grew up in Vermont and Florida, earned a BA in Secondary Education from Florida Gulf Coast University, and began his career teaching middle and high school before discovering a love for working with younger learners. He then moved to the San Francisco Bay Area, where he taught for seven years and earned an MEd in Independent School Leadership from George Mason University before moving to Boise. Adam brings a relational, mission-driven approach to his practice and aspires to create school communities where students and their families feel seen, known, and inspired. He is passionate about the role independent schools can play in shaping lives and remains committed to nurturing curiosity, connection, and a lifelong love of learning in others. Outside of school, Adam enjoys cycling, playing drums, seeking out new titles for his ever-growing collection of picture books, and hiking with his wife and their two dogs.
