From Maui, Hawaii, Fiona is a beach person. A lifelong learner with a Master’s in Education and a mission to make school exciting, creative, and fun. She is a mom to two awesome kids — a kind teenager and a spicy 7-year-old who keeps life wonderfully unpredictable and colorful (think Lisa Frank)! Fiona has been happily married for 20 years and lives in a house full of love, laughter, and a small zoo: two dogs (Cherry and Fisch), a 20-pound rabbit (Duchess), and four very opinionated chickens (Karen, Pearl, Pox, and Bubonic). Outside the classroom, she’s all about adventure — whether it’s exploring the great outdoors through Scouts and geocaching, traveling with her family, or dressing up in full costume for Renaissance fairs. Fiona loves building with LEGO, rolling dice in Dungeons & Dragons, bingeing classic anime, and enjoying life’s finer things like Happy Boba, Swig, European chocolates, and sushi.
