Jasmin was born in Oregon but moved early on with her family to Idaho. In 2024, she graduated from Boise State University with her BA in Secondary English Education and a minor in creative writing. The summer after graduation, Jasmin quickly shifted to New York to be an English Language Teacher for Tamwood International Camps. While there, Jasmin realized her love for teaching students from international backgrounds and the joy of getting to know where each student is coming from in their life experiences. After summer 2024, Jasmin moved to India for 2 years to work as an English Language teacher for adults and as a Middle/High school English Language Arts teacher for foreign students whose families are working in India. Her passion for teaching has only grown with each state and country she has worked in. She is thrilled to be back in Idaho for a chance to work with students at Riverstone International. In her free time, she enjoys reading, writing, art, traveling, spending time with friends, playing guitar, and trying new things.
