John Gasparini
Head of School
John Gasparini is a student-focused educator with more than 25 years of experience in international schools both as a classroom teacher and as a school administrator. Throughout his career, he has strived to create challenging and supportive school programs where students, teachers, and parents work together to help students find success. John has worked in International Baccalaureate (IB) schools and boarding schools as a science teacher, a program coordinator, as a principal, and as a Deputy Head of School prior to joining Riverstone. His previous international school experience includes positions at the Munich International School, The United World College of Southeast Asia (Singapore), The American School of Milan, and, most recently, at Branksome Hall Asia (South Korea). John and his wife Elizabeth have two children in Riverstone’s High School. He also has two high-spirited dogs. In his free time, he enjoys boat building, sailing, books, and gardening.
