Kris was born in Gooding, Idaho, and grew up in Kimberly, Idaho. He just recently returned to Idaho by way of Seattle, Washington. Kris has lived in a lot of different places throughout his adult life. One of the stops in his life was in Grand Junction, Colorado, where he raised his four children. While living in Grand Junction, Kris attended Mesa State College, now Colorado Mesa University. Kris earned a BFA in Art with an emphasis in Ceramics and an Associate’s degree in Accounting with minors in Finance and Marketing. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his four kids and seven grandkids. Kris also fills his time with creating pottery, which he returns to a gallery in Colorado to exhibit and sell. Kris also enjoys spending time with his mom creating quilts, and when time permits, he loves to travel.
